Martyn Ritchie
Hello everyone, I'm Martyn Ritchie the JTG secretary for the year! I'm delighted to be taking on the role this year, having been involved in the JTG for a number of years.
I originally qualified in Dentistry from Glasgow in 2016, spent some time in general practice before SHO and DCT jobs in Sunderland and Glasgow, before moving on to Edinburgh medical school, while working variously as a clinical fellow and Specialty Doctor, before graduating in 2025. I am now working as an FY1 in a small DGH just outside Glasgow.
When not ambling around the wards, I am usually found either cooking or wandering around with a camera in hand.
