Bio:

Kate Howson is an OMFS trainee in Liverpool and the North West. She describes herself as a Maxillofacial Registrar by day and Mum of two by night. She has recently returned to work from maternity leave on a less than full-time (LTFT) basis. Kate hopes to provide her insight into training with children and share her experience of navigating LTFT to make it all seem doable for future trainees.
