Yorkshire & Humber
I am a dual qualified OMFS trainee based in Leeds currently in my FY2 year and I am your Yorkshire and Humber Deaneey representative. I studied dentistry in Belfast spent DCT years in Manchester and Guildford. I then went to medical school in Manchester.
I was first involved as a regional representative for JTG in Kent, Surrey, and Sussex. I have served as the secretary of the Manchester OMFS University society and organised a series of successful educational sessions in that capacity. I have assisted in co-ordinating the KSS Chichester Cup and was also a mentor in the JTG buddy scheme. I have been involved in the newly established International Affiliations of OMFS Trainees (iATOMS) and value the importance of national and international cooperation. I am currently a member of the RSM OMFS Section Council and have been involved in the undergraduate events. I am also involved with the UEMS OMFS section. I hope to organise educational and social events during my tenure but I need your involvement so please get in touch with me if you have ideas or any concerns that I can help with!
